Ticketing unassigned/MEMBERSHIP card collections

The ticket booth will be open on Gate 2 (Gorse Lane) for match ticket queries and resolutions from 2pm. We expect the ticket booth to be busy, so please arrive early and leave plenty of time. Please arrive prepared with your name, email address and booking reference.

If you have not received your tickets or memberships, please make yourself known at the ticket booth and arrive prepared with your name, email address and booking reference. The team will be able to assist and will get you into the game!

As a first point of contact, please check that your tickets are assigned in your Ticketpass account by logging in at Ticketpass.org. Tickets cannot be issued until they are assigned.

Any members who still need to collect their cards will be able to collect their packs from 2 til 5pm on Gate 2 only. After this time, you will not be able to collect your membership and will need to collect from the club shop on a normal opening day (Wednesday to Saturday, 10 - 5pm)

Please treat staff in the Ticket Booth with respect and patience: they will be extremely busy and will be trying their utmost to resolve all customer queries.

Parking

Parking is available at The Rec, The Swansea Baths, The Civic Centre, and Swansea University. Please note, there will be a Zyair Circus performance on Saturday, so the Rec will be exceptionally busy. If you are able, we recommend parking at either the Civic Centre or Swansea University and walking to the ground.

The Rec is charging £5 a car during Ospreys games.

Accessible Parking is available at Swansea Baths and the Rec which are a both short walk from the ground with level access. We recommend that wheelchair users park at Swansea Bath for easiest access to the ground.

Toilets

Toilets are located behind the fanzone at the town end of the ground. As of this week the toilet block in the Mumbles end corner will now be open for use.

Accessible toilets are available at the end of the JCP Solicitors Stand, opposite the Aviary Marquee and in the Mumbles end toilet block.

FANZONE AND ENTERTAINMENT

Bars and food vendors are available at in the fanzone and the Mumbles end of the ground. Following feedback, food vendors have now been distributed more evenly around the ground, with two trucks in the fan zone and two at the Mumbles end.

We'll have the following food vendors available at the game:

Mumbles End

🔥 Smokin' Griddle

🍗 Chick in Trays

Fanzone

🍜 Wok Stix

🍟 Zac in the Box

Inside the fan marquee we'll have the Ospreys Supporters Club, the Ospreys Supporters Choir and live music! Come and see them for some pre-match fun and pick up a free Ospreys flag.

We'll also be running spooktacular costume competition: come dressed to impress and be in with a chance of winning a 26/27 jersey of your choice!

Whether scary or silly, we want to see your best outfits. Meet us in the fan zone at 7pm next to the big screen if you want to take part in the costume parade on the pitch: the winner of the competition will be picked by Ospreys players.
