Accessbility at St Helen's
St Helen’s has accessible seating across both stands and PA tickets are available throughout all blocks and the terrace.
Ospreys have partnered with Nimbus Disability Access Card to provide a seamless journey for supporters with accessibility requirements. Supporters can find more information and register at https://www.accesscard.online/apply-or-renew/.
What is the difference between a Digital Access Pass and an Access Card?
The Access Card costs £15 for 3 years and can be used with thousands of events and venues. The ID number can be used at all events and venues that Nimbus partners to communicate your access requirements, allowing providers to understand how to support you.
The Digital Access Pass (DAP) is free to apply for and works in a similar way to the Access Card. You’ll still receive an ID number lasting for 3 years that helps providers understand how to support you, but it can only be used with the business it is linked to.
Please choose the option you feel is best with you. You only need a Digital Access Pass to access Ospreys accessible memberships and ticketing.
Purchasing Memberships and Tickets
Once you have an access card ID number, supporters should call or email the Ospreys ticket office to discuss acessibility requirements. To purchase Season Tickets or individual Accessible Match Tickets please call the Ospreys Ticket Office between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday on 01792616500 or email ticketing@ospreysrugby.com
St Helen’s has a dedicated accessibility entrance located on the South side of the stadium. Supporters with accessibility tickets can use this entrance for a quieter and easier experience.
Your Personal Assistant (PA)
Your PA can be anyone as long as they are 18 or older and able to adequately support you when attending a game at St Helen's. You can change your PA for every game.
If you have a personal assistant aged 17 or under, they must have a Young Carer ID Card. Anyone who is entitled to this card but doesn't have one is encouraged to reach out to YMCA Swansea to obtain one. Visit their website for more information.
Young carers will also be asked to send a copy of their young carers card to our ticketing team by emailing ticketing@ospreysrugby.com before attending a match as a carer.
Parking
Disabled parking spaces will be limited at St Helen’s. Parking paces will be allocated via a ballot system for events where demand outweighs supply. Please contact ticketing@ospreysrugby.com for more information.
