Our Senior Camps are back for February half term.
Boys and girls aged between 13-17 can join us to experience a day in the life of a professional player. Coached by Ospreys age-grade coaches they'll brush up on their skills, gain new knowledge and take the next step in their rugby careers.
As well as the on field sessions, they'll take part in a nutrition workshop to master the art of fuelling their body for a hard day's training and learn the ropes of strength and conditioning. They'll also hear about the importance sports psychology and the part it plays in a player's life.
Join us at Llandarcy Academy of Sport on Friday 29th July between 9am - 3pm for just £30.
Girls only Camp
Following the successful return of the Ospreys U18s Women programme, Ospreys in the Community are delighted to be hosting a girls only rugby camp for 6-12 year olds during February half term.
Whether you’ve played the sport before or just fancy trying something new, camps are the perfect way to try new skills and make lots of new friends.
We’ll be joined by a host of Wales Women internationals to coach the day. Make sure you’re following us across our social media channels for updates on who they could be.
