Supporters in priority windows (25/26 Season Members, St Helen's Deposit Holders and 24/25 Season Members) will be emailed their priority pricing directly.
Yes, you can split the cost of your membership into three payments, in the following instalments:
The first payment, one third of your total cost, will be taken at purchase. The next payment will be taken on 1st October and final payment on 1st November.
Please select this option at the checkout if you wish to split the cost of your membership. You must purchase your membership before 1st September in order to access a payment plan.
26/27 Season Memberships will include 9 x BKT URC fixtures, 2 x EPCR Challenge Cup fixtures and all home academy fixtures.

Want to upgrade? Ospreys Hospitality offers a matchday like no other. Experience the best of St Helen's, including premium food and drink, central seats, and a cracking atmosphere.
Priority access will open in stages, with each new group being added to the sales window on the dates below:
- 2025/26 Season Members: priority access and pricing opens from 26 May
- St Helen’s Deposit Holders: priority access and pricing opens from 2 June
- 2024/25 Season Members: priority access and pricing opens from 9 June
- Founder’s Club purchasers: priority access opens from 16 June
- General Sale: opens from 19 June
Priority pricing will be available until 16 June, after which Founder’s Club access and General Sale will follow.
When the St Helen's Deposit Holders window opens, we'll send you an email with your personal discount code.
To redeem your £50 deposit, log in to Ticketpass with the email address you used to purchase your deposit then add the discount code.
You’ll then see a £50 discount applied to your Membership purchase at checkout.
Yes, you can chose between any of the stands or locations regardless of your 25/26 ticket type. Please use your priority window to secure the best possible ticket.
Yes, a full seating map will be available via Ticketpass when purchasing your tickets. You can select your seats in either the South Stand or the Family Stand as appropriate.
Yes, we offer disabled access and free PA tickets.
Ospreys Rugby have partnered with Nimbus Access Card to make our accessible customer journey easier than ever.
A Nimbus card is free for supporters wishing to visit St Helen’s and Ospreys staff will be in the best position to assist with any individual requirements.

The Founder’s Club gives supporters the chance to become part of St Helen’s history, with their name displayed on the Founder’s Wall at our new home.
Supporters who already have priority access can add a Founder’s Club pass when purchasing their 2026/27 Season Membership.
Supporters who do not currently fall within a priority access group can buy a Founder’s Club membership from 26 May, giving them a dedicated priority window before General Sale.
Join the Founder’s Club for £50 and receive:
72 hours’ priority access from 16–18 June, before General Sale begins
Your name on the Founder’s Wall at St Helen’s
Exclusive Founders event
An exclusive Founder’s pin badge
A commemorative Founder’s certificate
Concessions are granted when the following criteria are met by the supporter:
Senior: 65 or over on 1st September 2026
U25: Under 25 on 1st September 2026
U16: Under 16 on 1st September 2026
ID spot checks will be undertaken on entry to the stadium for concession members.
We strongly recommend buying your Season Membership online.

26/27 membership cards will be available for collection at a pre-season event.
We'll release more details nearer the time.
26/27 Season Members willl get the following additional benefits:

26/27 Season Members wil lbe entitled to a £20 discount on Swansea RFC season tickets.
You can buy this as an add-on membership in Ticketpass when buying your Ospreys memberships. Simply add it to your basket as a second membership before checkout.
If you don't purchase at the same time as your membership, you can contact the ticket office to add-on at a later date.
