This weekend, 11 Youth Teams from the Ospreys Region again turn their attention to the National Cup, Plate and Bowl Competitions.
At stake is the chance to progress to the Quarter-Finals of each competition for this weekend’s winning teams.
Following on from Dulais Valley’s stunning win against Bridgend Athletic in Round 2, they are home to Newport HSOB and will be hoping to repeat their heroics and progress through to the Quarter-Finals, with Gowerton, who defeated Vardre 52-0 in the last round, taking the long journey north to take on a strong Wrexham team.
Last Years National Champions, Nantyffyllon travel to league rivals Pontarddulais in a mouth-watering clash, having played out a closely fought contest back in October in the league, with Pontarddulais coming away with a 20-19 win.
There is another all regional affair in the Bowl competition with Loughor, coming up against Tondu. Loughor progressed after beating Kidwelly 27-17 at home, with Tondu coming through Round 2 with a 33-17 win away to close rivals Bryncethin.
