Your Liberty Stadium match day guide

The Ospreys welcome Guinness PRO12 champions Connacht to the Liberty Stadium this Saturday (1.30pm KO) for the first home game of 2017.

With leaders Munster not involved in PRO12 action this weekend due to a rearranged Champions Cup fixture, an eighth consecutive win in all competitions will see the Ospreys leapfrog the Irish side and take top spot in the table after 13 games.

Pre-match: 

11.30pm

All hospitality areas open two hours ahead of kick-off so guests can relax and enjoy their evening in style, in an unrushed, relaxed atmosphere.

Come and meet non-playing members of the squad!

Tyler Ardron, Daniel Suter and Rhys Webb will be instore at the Club Shop from 12.15-12.45pm.

Between 12.45 and 1.15pm, it’s the turn of Dmitri Arhip, Jeff Hassler and James King to visit the store.

The players will be signing autographs and posing for photos with supporters so make sure you call in.

Season members have double discount across the full range of Ospreys merchandise all weekend, in store and online, so why not call in, pick up your Ospreys merchandise and meet the players at the same time!

Meanwhile, from 12.45pm there are two further options available for supporters ahead of kick-off.

For our younger fans, Joe Bearman and Owen Watkin will be joining in the fun and games at the O-Zone while, for the first time, we’ll have players in the Riverside Bar pre-match, with Tom Grabham, Hugh Gustafson and Rob McCusker popping in to meet supporters ahead of the game.

 

In Bowl

This week it’s the turn of Tyler Ardron to select our pre-match warm-up playlist and be prepared, you are in for a treat.  Our fantastic in-bowl DJ, DJ Dec, will playing Tyler’s choice while the team go through their pre-match drills from 12.30pm onwards, supported by KK Solutions.

Tyler will then talk us through his selection in a pre-match pitchside interview ahead of kick-off.

Post-match:

The Ospreys Supporters Club will once again welcome supporters of both teams to their Riverside Lounge HQ in the East Stand after the final whistle.

The perfect place to reflect on the match with likeminded supporters, as always there will be player Q&As, with this week’s guests confirmed as new Ospreys centurion, Hanno Dirksen, and 200 club man, Paul James.
