After losing a hard fought game with the Scarlets the last time out, the Young Ospreys know they face a huge task against unbeaten Blues North.
However, the team has two players in outside half Kristian Phillips and second row Rhys Ruddock who have already experienced winning against the Blues North (last season). It is this experience that Head Coach Alex Evans hopes will bring the best out of a team that continues to show improvement. If they are to keep in the hunt for a place in the Reebok Final they will certainly need to come away with something from this fixture at Merthyr RFC on Wednesday, as unfortunately they were denied a bonus point when the Scarlets scored a try with the last move of their previous match.
