Young Ospreys retain their place in Wales U20

Wales Under 20 head coach Danny Wilson has made five changes for the side's clash with Italy in Viterbo on Friday (6.00pm UK time), but once again there are seven Eyasses in the matchday 23.

The Welsh youngsters are unbeaten in the Under 20 Six Nations so far with wins over Ireland and France under their belt but team manager Mark Taylor warns there is no room for complacency this weekend.

“We have made some changes to see certain combinations while keeping the backbone of the side unchanged in terms of the half backs, back row and second row," he said.

"It’s going to be another tough challenge for us on Friday. Italy are a good side, especially at home and after the experience of playing at Clermont Auvergne’s ground a fortnight ago, we are expecting another rousing atmosphere in Viterbo.

“We have made a great start to the tournament but what’s gone is gone, if it’s going to count we have to go out and put in another professional performance on Friday night. Any slacking will be exposed so we must start as we did in France and not give any ground early on if we are to do well.”
