Ospreys Rugby have a number of exciting new roles available to join the team. 

 

Team Administrator – Rugby and Office

This is an exciting time to join Ospreys Rugby as we build strength in our Operations team to support the growth of the rugby franchise

If you are excited about sport and have the ability to provide first class administrative and co-ordination support to a vibrant team this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a team player with excellent organisation skills and an eye for detail.  With strong administration and planning ability you will be confident in dealing with a variety of tasks and working to strict deadlines.  Strong self-awareness is essential, as is the ability to work with discretion in a professional sporting environment.

This role is full time and will work across rugby and business from both the Swansea.com stadium and our High Performance Centre in Llandarcy. The successful candidate will need to be available to work on match days. Reporting into the Operations Manager with a dotted line into the Performance Director.

 Customer Experience Co-ordinator

If you are excited about sport and passionate about enabling an outstanding experience for our corporate partners, supporters, hospitality and events guests this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a team player with excellent organisation skills and an eye for detail to coordinate and fulfil hospitality bookings and enquiries and to ensure match day hospitality and events are delivered flawlessly.  Strong self-awareness is essential, as is the ability to work with discretion in a professional sporting environment.   This role is full time and will report into the Operations Manager, working closely with the Commercial team.  The successful candidate will need to be available to work on match days.

Partner Relationship Manager

If you are passionate about sport and have the drive to provide a first-class service to our commercial partners, building and maintain relationships to ensure ensure effective delivery of their rights, this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a team player with experience of sponsor/partner management in sport, music, FMCG or media. The ability to plan and organise effectively with a particular eye for detail is important as is the ability to work with discretion in a professional sporting environment.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, this is a full time role and will work from the Swansea.com stadium. The successful candidate will need to be visible on match days.

Marketing Manager

This is an exciting time to join Ospreys Rugby as we build strength in our Communications and Marketing team to support the growth of the rugby franchise

If you are excited about sport and passionate about marketing this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a team player with experience in a fast-paced marketing role to lead marketing activations across all earned, owned, and paid channels. With a specific responsibility for delivery and development of digital marketing campaigns for Ospreys commercial activities, including email marketing, database management, paid digital channels and leading all marketing campaigns. This is a full time role and will report into the Communications and Marketing Director working closely with the Commercial team.

If you are passionate about sport and have a track record in communications and public relations and the ability to develop effective relationship with sports professionals, sports business media and broadcast this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a team player with experience in executing communications programmes, campaigns, media relations and story telling. Strong self-awareness is essential, as is the ability to work with discretion in a professional sporting environment.

This role is full time and requires flexibility to meet the requirements of a professional rugby environment including working evenings and weekends where necessary, and travelling with the team on a regular basis. The role reports into Head of Communications and Content.

Videographer

If you are excited about sport and passionate about video content creation this could be the job for you.

We are looking for an experienced videographer to develop video content for use on the Ospreys website and social media channels. Providing the full service across content ideas, filming, editing and platform delivery. The role will produce audio/visual content from acquired and self-generate footage from player interviews, community activity, press conferences, behind the scenes clips, training, match action and live events.

This role is full time and requires flexibility to meet the requirements of a professional rugby environment including working evenings and weekends where necessary and travelling with the team on a regular basis. The role reports into the Content Manager.

Graphic Designer

This is an exciting time to join Ospreys Rugby as we build strength in our Marketing and Communications team to support the growth of the rugby franchise

If you are excited about sport and passionate about creating original designs and digital content for use across a range of formats from websites, social media, print and digital marketing campaigns to commercial brochures and presentations this could be the job for you.

We are looking for a team player with experience in digital graphic design, knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web.  An eye for detail is essential, as is knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software.  With strong organisation and planning skills you will be confident in juggling priorities and working to strict deadlines.  Good self-awareness is essential, as is the ability to work with discretion in a professional sporting environment.

This role is full time and will report into the Head of Communications and Content and work closely with the Commercial team.
