Ospreys Rugby are recruiting for a Community Events Executive.
The Community Events Executive will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the stadium during community pitch-hire periods and training sessions. They will be the principal Stadium contact while community users are on site, ensuring that the booked facilities are ready, users are welcomed and appropriately briefed, access is controlled, operating procedures are followed and the venue is safely secured at the end of the hire period.
A hands-on operational role requiring good judgement, customer service skills and the confidence to respond to safety, security, medical and facility-related issues.
The successful candidate will have experience of stadium, event or venue operations, strong self-awareness and the ability to work with discretion in a professional sport environment, be organised, able to plan with attention to detail, adaptable and able to problem-solve, working effectively in a fast paced environment.
