This weekend sees the region's U16 clubs taking the spotlight as the 2012/13 Ospreys Cup reaches the semi-final stage.
The biggest club rugby tournament in the region, the Ospreys Cup is a cross border competition that is unique to this region as teams from different districts go head-to-head.
Sides from Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot, Swansea and Swansea Valley go head-to-head with everyone offered a chance to play for silverware via a Cup, Plate, Bowl and for the first time ever this season, a Shield format as well, achieving the Ospreys Community Development team’s aims of increasing participation in the game.
