Round 4 of the Ospreys Touch Rugby League saw Escargot Turbo cement their position at the top of the league with two more victories.
Turbot scored 15tries on the evening and conceded seven. They are now guaranteed a place in the playoff finals. They will be joined in the playoffs by Fish Eagles who recorded one victory but were beaten 3 – 2 by Gower Power in their other match. The Eagles included the recently appointed WRU/Ospreys Player Development Officer and ex Wales Scrum Half, Andy Williams.
Gower Power and Gower Shower are favourites to secure the remaining two play off places.
There will be no league matches for the next two weeks but friendly matches and training will still take place at South Gower RFC. This will be an ideal time for anyone interested in finding out more about this exciting form of the game to come along and give it a try.
