All three of the Eyasses age-grade team will take to the rugby field against tough oppositions on Wednesday evening.
The U16’s will welcome west Wales rivals, the Scarlets, to Llandarcy Academy of Sport in a WRU regional league clash. This will be their first competitive match together as a team following an 8-0 pre-season loss to a strong Saracens outfit.
Captained by Connor Davies, the youngsters will be looking to start their season with a big win.
Following the postponement of last week’s league fixture with the Scarlets, the U18’s will finally get their season underway when they travel to Pandy Park, Cross Keys, to lock horns with the Dragons. The Eyasses will be hoping to back up their solid 35-28 pre-season victory against Saracens with a win in their opening fixture.
The U17’s development side will do battle with one of our regions college sides, Gower College Swansea, at Dunvant RFC. After returning from a trip to Ireland where they suffered a 17-5 defeat to Munster, the Eyasses will relish the opportunity to get back on the field and change their fortunes against a tough Gower college team.
