As advised last week, tickets for next month's Heineken Cup game in Toulouse go on sale via the Toulouse website on Wednesday.
Under ERC regulations, all clubs are entitled to request an allocation of tickets from the host club on a sale or return basis. Having requested an allocation from Toulouse we were advised of the need to pay in advance for all tickets required, an interpretation of the regulations that ERC have confirmed is acceptable. With no guarantee of when we could expect reimbursement for any unsold tickets, it was not an option we felt we could take up.
However, we have been in discussions with both Toulouse and ERC and can confiring the following arrangements:
From Wednesday 14th November the Ospreys match will be added to this link http://billetterie.stadetoulousain.fr/and tickets will be available to purchase.
The matches ‘Events’ are listed and there is a drop down language option.
For group sales click ‘Information Billetterie’ in the top left, then click the Union Jack for the English version. You will see the ‘Group Sales and Rugby School’ option – a form can be downloaded and returned.
The ‘Bon de commande’ or ‘Order’ can be faxed or emailed to the club @ 0033 5 34 422 401 / billetterie@stadetoulousain.fr.
Any ticketing enquiries can be sent to this address in English and they will receive a response in English.
