Justin Tipuric is one of two players who have been cited by an Independent Citing Commissioner for incidents of foul play following Saturday's RaboDirect PRO12 match between Munster and the Ospreys.
BJ Botha, Munster prop forward, has been cited for striking an opponent with the head contrary to Law 10(4)(a) along with Tipuric, who stands accused of a dangerous tackle contrary to Law 10(4)(j).
Hearings for both players will be held before an independent RaboDirect PRO12 Disciplinary Panel at a date to be confirmed in due course.
There will be no further comment on this matter from Ospreys Rugby.
