Ospreys Captain Justin Tipuric has been called into the starting line-up for the Lions clash with Japan this weekend, replacing Hamish Watson.
The Scottish loose forward suffered a concussion in training yesterday and will begin the graduated return-to-play protocol.
The Lions take on Japan at 3pm, live on Channel 4 in the first game of their 2021 Tour.
