Tebaldi joins Italy squad

Tito Tebaldi has been called up to the Italy squad for the first time in almost two years as coach Jacques Brunel brings in three new players for the final stages of this year's RBS 6 Nations.

Tebaldi, who has recently returned to action from an ankle injury, and Brunel has called him up as winless Italy prepare to face current leaders Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday before concluding their tournament against England.

The Azzurri are busy preparing at a training camp ahead of the final two games with Tebaldi also joined in the squad by Manoa Vosawai and Andrea Masi.

London Wasps' Masi, capped 80 times for Italy, is another player to return to the squad after injury following surgery on his knee last October.
