Support the cause this Friday night

A familiar face will return to the Liberty Stadium this Friday night when former Scarlets Head Coach Nigel Davies brings his Gloucester team to Ospreylia in the LV= Cup.

It's the first time that the two teams have met in a competitive fixture since the semi-final of the Anglo-Welsh competition back in March 2009, when the Cherry and Whites romped to a 17-0 win at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

The LV= Cup offers fans a great opportunity to see some of the up and coming Ospreys in competitive action, with players like Justin Tipuric, Ashley Beck, James King and Hanno Dirksen all coming to the fore in this competition in recent seasons, with supporters enjoying some memorable games against English opposition, including wins over the likes of Leicester Tigers and London Wasps.

Season members are reminded that the game, which kicks off at 7.45pm and isn't live on free-to-air television, is included in your season ticket so come along and support the cause, making sure you get maximum value from your membership.

Non season members can buy tickets from the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office, online at www.ospreysrugby.com/buytickets or via the Ticket Hotline on 0844 815 6664 between 10am and 6pm.

Please note that the usual schools and clubs group booking scheme is operating for this game, as it does at every home match, allowing you to watch live first class rugby at great prices. If you want to take advantage of this initiative, please contact the Ospreys now on 01792 616500.
