STATEMENT re: Ospreys Supporter Coaches - Gloucester v OspreysAs Ospreys Rugby, we were disappointed to learn from a number of sources that certain aspects of the supporter coach operation for Saturday's EDF Semi Final clash against Gloucester at the Ricoh Arena failed to reach the acceptable standard we would demand. It would seem, following some investigation, that the sub-hiring of one particular coach created some complications which should never have occurred. Cymru Coaches (and by implication, Ospreys Rugby) are disappointed with the level of service secured by this particular coach company, and hereby apologise for the confusion and distress caused by the issues raised. As previously stated, we have hereby decided to refund in full everyone that was a passenger on this particular bus (Bus 4, whose journey began in Pont Abraham). We would ask that all passengers on this particular coach contact Barny on 0870 990 9175 at their convenience to secure their refund.
