Andrew Millward, Managing Director of Ospreys Rugby, has today released a statement regarding the coaching situation at the region.
“We remain in conversation with Allen Clarke, and discussions are ongoing. Therefore, there are no further updates that we can provide you with.
“The legal advice we had received at the time, due to the nature of the situation, was to remain silent. I understand this response was very frustrating and unacceptable among our supporters, so we can only apologise for that. As soon as we have any further developments, we’ll make sure our fanbase are updated.
“In terms of this coming weekend, we’re all completely focused on this weekend’s game at the Gnoll. Matt Sherratt and Carl Hogg will be running the show who are highly capable coaches in their own right.”
