We recently invited YouTube sensation Squidge Rugby to the Ospreys training ground at Llandarcy to help Will Griffiths and Morgan Morris prepare for the West Wales Derby with their hardest challenge yet: a Jonah Lomu rugby tournament on the PlayStation one.
The boys played three rounds of high octane rugby and were cheered on by some familiar Ospreys faces. They also pondered some Ospreys v Scarlets 'would you rather' questions and chose the teammate they think would make the best presenter of the One Show!
