Northampton Saints Director of Rugby Jim Mallinder has selected a strong team for Saturday's LV= Cup game in Bridgend, featuring a number of players returning to domestic action following their involvement at the Rugby World Cup.
The Saints travel to the Riverside Hardware Brewery Field having named a 23 that includes the likes of Ben Foden, Chris Ashton, Dylan Hartley, Courtney Lawes, Tom Wood and Soane Tonga’uiha. On the bench, there is a familiar face in former Osprey Martin Roberts, who moved to Northampton from the Scarlets during the summer.
