After todays' announcement on a new commercial partnership with BT Sport, Ospreys Rugby have also issued this comment on its ongoing relationship with RWE.
"Following today’s announcement by Regional Rugby Wales and BT Sport, Ospreys Rugby are naturally delighted with this new partnership and the great news which it represents for Regional Rugby in Wales.
"At this point though, we would like to take this opportunity to place on record our sincere thanks to our main sponsor for the last nine seasons, RWE. We have remained in discussion with them throughout, and are continuing to discuss their ongoing involvement with Ospreys for a 10th season through a new community focused partnership arrangement."
