Our ever popular three-day camp returns from 29th- 31st October 2018, at Llandarcy Academy of Sport from 8.30am-3.30pm. Attendees aged between 6 and 12 years old not only get three days of rugby fun and learning but also have a chance to meet Ospreys players and take home a goodie bag! The price for this camp is one day for just £30 and three days for only £70! It’s a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained while you work whether they are rugby mad or just fancy trying out the sport.
Following the success of the new look full-day Senior Camp this summer, it will be returning on 2nd November 2018 at Llandarcy Academy of Sport, from 8.30am-3.30pm. Priced at just £30, the Senior camp offers 13-17 year olds of both sexes looking to take the next step in their rugby career a fantastic opportunity. Not only will there be position specific on field skills work, they will be taken through Strength and Conditioning training and experience a performance analysis workshop, just like the senior Ospreys players. All senior camp attendees also get a free PAS shaker.
