The Ospreys in conjunction with the WRU have revamped their regional development programme to offer a more effective and improved service to all those involved in rugby across the region.
The major change involves a change in role of development staff in the region.
Development staff have now moved to more defined functional roles that it is hoped will allow them to be even more focused in their work. We are striving to offer the best development support we can with the resources we have. The region currently has seven dedicated development staff :
Jason Lewis
Regional Community Manager
Responsibility- Manage all areas of the development of the game across the region. Responsible for the development staff and the region's development initiatives.
