The Ospreys will begin their Guinness PRO12 campaign on the road, after being handed three away games in the opening four rounds of action.
First up is a trip to the Kingspan Stadium to face Ulster on Friday 4th September (7.35pm KO), with a home game against Munster to follow on Sunday 13th September (2.30pm KO).
After a two week break to coincide with the start of the Rugby World Cup Round 3 sees the Ospreys head north to face Edinburgh at 6.00pm on Friday 2nd October and then, after another weekend off, Treviso is the destination on the weekend of 16/17/18 October.
Connacht are the visitors at the Liberty Stadium in Round 5, a 1.30pm kick-off on Saturday 24th October, while the following weekend sees the Ospreys face champions Glasgow away on Sunday 1st November (2.30pm KO).
The Ospreys are then at home to Zebre in Round 7, a 2.30pm kick-off on Saturday 7th November.
Round 8 sees the region in Welsh derby action for the first time when Cardiff Blues visit the Liberty on Saturday 28th November (3.00pm KO), with the return game against Zebre in Parma a week later, day and time TBC.
Boxing Day sees the Ospreys then head west for the traditional Christmas derby clash with the Scarlets (2.05pm KO), with the Dragons coming to the Liberty Stadium on New Year’s Day, the action getting underway at 2.00pm.
In Round 12, the Ospreys host Leinster on Saturday 9th January, with the time TBC.
Beyond Round 12, the days and times are still to be confirmed, as per the fixture list below.
The final round of regular-season action will take place across the weekend of May 6-8 with all games kicking off at the same time, when the Ospreys will end the season as it started, against Ulster, this time at the Liberty Stadium.
Two weeks later sees the Play-Offs kick off, while the GUINNESS PRO12 Final will be the following weekend.
