  • New 3-year agreement between OSTC and the Ospreys "a sign of faith" in the region's strategic commercial plan
  • Company will continue to feature on Ospreys kit while continuing as official foreign exchange partner
  • Announcement comes days after the launch of new business suite at the Liberty Stadium in conjunction with Ospreys and Swans

The new agreement is a long-term investment into the Ospreys and a sign of OSTC’s faith in the strategic commercial plan in place.

Wales’ only foreign exchange company, OSTCFX were confirmed as the official foreign exchange partner of the Ospreys in the summer of 2013, with the logo featuring on the left sleeve of the jersey during the 13/14 season.

That relationship has since grown, with the company now providing services to all parties within the Liberty Stadium, and they currently feature on the front of the region’s away shirt.

Thanks to the new agreement, OSTCFX will continue to feature on the kit for the next three years, while in the last week the company has launched the OSTCFX Business Suite, a luxurious new five-star hospitality room and match day meeting place operating throughout the season in conjunction with both clubs at the Liberty Stadium.

Paul Langley, Managing Director, OSTCFX said:

“OSTCFX are extremely proud of our association with Ospreys Rugby, which continues to go from strength to strength. It’s a relationship that fits well with our overall business ethos, which is to partner with organisations that retain a strong community focus while succeeding on an international stage.

“The partnership with a renowned sporting association like the Ospreys helps promote our business, while we are able to assist with the multiple international financial transactions they make every season, helping them in terms of everyday efficiency as a business.”

Established in 1999, OSTCFX now has 14 international offices in territories as diverse as, Spain, Poland and India.  Swansea remains one of the largest offices, with the most recent opening in Hangzhou in China last year.

OSTCFX received the prestigious Ruban D'Honneur at the European Business Awards in 2016, the second time they have won this award, following the 2013 award, as one of the top 10 companies in Europe with a turnover of £26m-£150m.

Currently working with over 100 Welsh clients out of its Swansea office, OSTCFX has saved Welsh businesses in excess of £500,000 versus previous suppliers in the past 12 months.

Huw Warren, Commercial Manager, Ospreys Rugby, said:

“OSTCFX are a commercial partner in every sense, not only investing financially into the Ospreys but sharing their professional expertise with us on a day to day basis.

“A truly global partner but maintaining a strong regional presence, OSTCFX can assist us in achieving the Ospreys’ commercial vision to be an international brand passionate about our local community.”
