The Ospreys women kick off their season on Sunday and here’s how they line up.
After receiving a bye in round one, last year’s champions the Ospreys women travel to Ystrad Mynach to face the Dragons Women on Sunday for round two of the Women’s Regional championships, K.O 12:30pm.

Speaking ahead of the game, head coach Hugh Gustafson said: “After winning the championship last year as a group, we’re keen to get things started again on the weekend. We had two good wins in the Super 5 series a fortnight ago, which has set us up nicely.
The Dragons Women are an aggressive pack and we’ll be looking to front up in the forwards and put in a good shift against them. It’s a great opportunity for us to blood some of the younger girls and let them have their first experience with the women’s team under their belt, the likes of Gwen Crabb and Carys Phillips amongst the squad.”
