The Eyasses are back in action against the Newport Gwent Dragons
The Ospreys Under 18 Age Grade Team return to action tonight in the WRU Regional Age Grade Championship.
The Eyasses have got a clean sheet this season with 3 wins from 3 games. They have so far faced last years champions the Scarlets, the Cardiff Blues and their last match before the break was the home leg against tonight's opposition, the Dragons.
Despite not playing since September due to a break for College rugby, Head Coach Shaun Connor feels confident his team are prepared:
"While this is the first match for the team in 6 weeks they have been training hard. Even when our league is not in action they are with us every week preparing. Our players are also heavily involved in playing for their colleges and they have performed really well over the last few weeks for their individual teams. It's great to now have them back together as a squad with that extra experience that they have gained playing together and even against each other recently.
We know that the Dragons will not be an easy team to beat. We were off our game slightly in the home leg and trailed them the whole game. Our determination and refusal to give in was our strongest asset and the last minute try that got us the win proved that. We have worked on the areas that let us down back in September and hopefully we go into the game back on top form".
