The Ospreys U18s Girls' programme starts back on 5th January with an open session being held at Llandarcy Academy of Sports between 12 and 1pm.
The U18s regional programme is an opportunity for girls to showcase their talents prior to the East vs West Wales game being held on 23rd February ahead of the Wales vs France Women's game.
In addition, players from the regional programme will be observed by National coaches selecting players for the Wales U18s 7s programme.
Any girls interested in playing for their region are encouraged to attend.
