It would appear that we were brought down to earth with a bump last Saturday, following our visit to Ulster, never an easy place to visit, but it pays testament to the team, that they were able to muster a late score, despite being under the cosh for so long!
Turning to tonight’s game, the visit of the Stormers, the current URC champions, will certainly bring its own challenges! It is time to get behind the team, so come on swansea.Com Stadium , let’s get behind the boys and make this a night to remember!

We were delighted to welcome Dewi lake and Owen Watkin to our match day base, following the Glasgow match! The mood amongst the supporters was extremely buoyant and the arrival of these extremely popular young players, only served to enhance the atmosphere! Dewi was presented with his POM award, from last season and was interviewed by the ever inspiring Annette Thomas, whilst Owen was interviewed by a somewhat less inspiring, Keith Collins!
Great to see the boys there! Unfortunately, at the time of going to print, we are unable to confirm who will be visiting us tonight!

We are delighted to feature Pencoed RFC Under 8 Team. Here is a word from their coaches!
Coaches names are Liam O Brien, Dan Archard, Steve Thomas and Nic George and Team Manager Stefanie Wilford.
Our brilliant U8’s otherwise known as the Rhinos are part of a thriving mini and junior section at Pencoed RFC. Our players have developed into a great team since starting together last year and show excellent commitment come rain or shine in training and in matches on a Sunday. A team us coaches are proud of! Our emphasis is on enjoyment and equal opportunity creating an environment where all players can develop their rugby skills and make friends. We are currently recruiting so if your child wants to be part of the rhinos family please get in touch.

Say hello to Penybanc RFC Under 12 player, Deiniol Thomas! This budding star plays either centre or back row and is also captain of Mynydd Mawr and Dinefwr! He hopes to follow in the footsteps of his cousin Jac Morgan and play for the Ospreys. We will be keeping an eye on you Deiniol!
