As Ospreys Rugby, we are disappointed to learn from a number of sources that the supporter coach operation for Saturday's EDF Semi Final clash against Gloucester at the Ricoh Arena failed to reach the acceptable standard we would demand.

We have, however, gleaned enough information to realise that those travelling on our 4th bus encountered some significant problems as the day unfolded. We have therefore decided to refund in full everyone that was a passenger on this bus.
