Ospreys require Player Development Officer

An opportunity has arisen in the Ospreys Community Rugby Department for a suitable candidate to join the team as a Player Development Officer for the Bridgend District.

The purpose of the position is to coordinate and manage player development within the unitary authority, and to deliver regional player development programmes.

The suitable candidate will take responsibility for promoting both school and club player development, organising a programme of events suitable for player ID and assisting with player recruitment and retention via player development sessions at both schools and clubs.

Familiar with, and able to the deliver the six pillars of development curriculum, the Player Development Officer will also play an influential role within the management and development of the age-grade District ser-up, helping to identify potential regional U16 players.
