Ospreys Premiership Select Head Coach, Dan Griffiths, said:
"It's been a difficult competition for our young squad in some ways, results haven't gone how we obviously would have wanted but the whole experience has been really good for the players and their development as they have learnt on the field playing against tough, professional opposition. The BIC is exactly the type of competition that we need to be testing these young players in. It's a higher level than what is currently available to them and provides both the team and the coaches an invaluable chance to gain experience and get them to the standard required to progress into the PRO12 and European games for the region.
"There have been some excellent individual and collective moments throughout the competition. We want to be positive, play with tempo and ask questions of a quality outfit in Yorkshire Carnegie. This is our last chance to put into practice the work we have done in training and get our performance right."
