Dan Baker and Keelan Giles, are both continuing their rehab over the summer months as they continue on the road to recovery from significant knee ligament injuries.
The pair both suffered their injuries last October, Baker in the Champions Cup loss to Clermont Auvergne and Giles in the Guinness PRO14 defeat of the Dragons.
Medical Performance Manager, Chris Towers, issued the following update:
“Dan underwent multi-ligament reconstructive surgery and is focusing on rehabilitation for the foreseeable future. We don’t expect him to be available for selection this side of Christmas and as such are targeting a return to play in the New Year.
“By contrast, we predicted a 12 month return to play for Keelan following his injury in October and remain on target to achieve that outcome.”
