Families from across Ospreylia - and beyond - flocked to Llandarcy on Saturday for the first ever Ospreys Day, where fans young and old mixed with players and coaches.
Skills clinics and coaching sessions for the youngsters were full, while younger children had the chance to enjoy tag rugby in the barn, and additional sessions such as the Physio’s strapping tutorial and a Q&A with the coaches all went down well. The two highlights of the day were undoubtedly the chance to get your photo with the RaboDirect PRO12 trophy, and the opportunity to watch a full-on training session that saw the players being pushed to the limit by the strength and conditioning team.
