The Ospreys have named a squad of 28 ahead of Saturday's pre-season fixture against Gloucester at Kingsholm.
Ryan Jones, Richard Hibbard, Filo Tiatia and Marty Holah have been included in the squad, and will enjoy their first outing of the new campaign.
After defeating Leeds Carnegie 35-20 at the Liberty Stadium last weekend, the fixture against the Cherry and Whites will provide a stern test for the Ospreys ahead of the opening Magners League game of the season, away to Connacht the following weekend.
