The Ospreys today launched a new loyalty card for all season-ticket holders and members that will allow them to claim their 10 per cent discount for online purchases for the very first time.
The new cards, which have been sent out to all qualifying supporters over the last few days, are easy to use, convenient, and, being designed to fit onto a key-ring, means that you’ll never be without it, whether shopping at the Ospreys Superstore or online via www.ospreysrugby.com.
Using it couldn’t be simpler. Supporters visiting the store MUST present their loyalty card at the checkout at the time of purchase, where it will be scanned and the exclusive 10 per cent discount will be automatically deducted. Fans opting to buy online simply need to enter the user-name and password, which is on the card, and follow the simple instructions to register, ensuring that all future online transactions benefit from the discount.
Ospreys Managing Director, Roger Blyth, said:
“The new Ospreys Superstore Loyalty Card is a simple and easy way for all our season-ticket holders and members to ensure that they always get the 10 per cent discount that they qualify for. Being small enough to hook onto a key-ring means that you won’t have to take your season-ticket or membership card with you every time you go to shopping, as it will contain all the details needed to verify that you qualify for the discount.
“The real benefit of the new card though, is that for the first time we can offer the discount for all online purchases as well. We realise that not all our fans live in Ospreylia, or even if they do, their circumstances may mean that it’s not easy for them to get to the Superstore when they would like to. Previously, that meant that they were losing out on the discount.
“We’ve listened to our supporters comments and implemented the appropriate changes, and thanks to the new system, we’ve made sure that everyone can now enjoy all the benefits of being a member or season-ticket holder, every purchase.”
