The Ospreys Community Rugby Development team will be hosting two coaching seminars on the topic of 'Defensive Systems' during January.
The first will be at Dunvant RFC on Wednesday 13th January, with the second taking place at Pyle RFC on Wednesday 20th January, with both sessions commencing at 6.30pm.
The seminars follow on from successful ones already hosted by the Ospreys this season, covering topics including the ‘Tackle Contest Area’, ‘Pre Contact Attacking Skills’, ‘The Lineout’ and ‘Development of Individual and Small Unit Skills’.
In light of the current weather situation we will conduct the sessions in classroom mode only. Please check the website for any cancellations in case of dangerous road conditions in the vicinity of the two clubs at the time.
The specialist clinics are open to all coaches operating in Ospreylia. These sessions are becoming increasingly popular and we would urge ALL coaches to take advantage of the opportunity to experience cutting edge coaching.
