Ospreys help celebrate the official re-opening

Representatives from the Ospreys joined Ffynone House School as it hosted an official re-opening to celebrate its renewed status as a charitable trust.

The Deputy Lord Mayor Councillor June Stanton was invited to unveil the official plaque, at a ceremony led by Headteacher Nicola Walker.

Joining business leaders and well known individuals from around the city were Roger Blyth, Andrew Hore and Ryan Jones representing the Ospreys, re-affirming the organisations commitment to the local community.

Chief Operations Officer, Andrew Hore said:

“As a region we recognise the importance of supporting schools because that is where team sports are developed and future players born. It is also critical in terms of building relations and expanding our support base. Ffynone is an important part of Swansea’s education system and we are delighted to witness this celebration and we wish their staff and pupils every success going forward.”
