Ospreys Rugby is recruiting the following positions:Head CoachCandidates for this position must have coached in Wales for the immediately preceding three years prior to date of appointment, have an appreciation of the importance of player development ,including technical and tactical components and thorough match and player analysis.Planning and organisation is imperative ,as is the need to articulate and deliver a vision and game plan for the team. Assistant CoachThe Assistant Coach is required to support and contribute to the coaching,selecting and administrative duties of the Head Coach. Accountable to the Head Coach,the Assistant Coach will be called on to support coaching and development initiatives. Conditioning CoachThe appointee will suitably qualified as Fitness Trainer and experienced in both nutrition advice and physical conditioning in an elite sporting environment . Experience in sports massage is also preferable. NOTE: For all roles ,beyond discipline specific expertise and experience ,candidates should have a good knowledge and understanding of the game as well as outstanding organisational ,communication and interpersonal skills. A strong empathy for the values which underpin Ospreys Rugby will need to be demonstrated ,as will high levels of integrity ,compassion and a competitive drive.
