Ospreys Girls Under 18 training takes place at Llandarcy Academy of Sport on Monday evenings from February 4th onwards.
Coaches Nigel Francis and Tyronne Hughes would like to offer an open invitation to any girl who may wish to train with the squad to come along. They will ensure that any newcomers will not be thrown into the "Lions Den" as such but be given time to develop at their own pace. However, for those who are capable there is the mouthwatering thought of four regional games - and maybe the opportunity to represent Wales at Under 18 level!

If you intend to come along the venue is Llandarcy Academy of Sport (SA10 6JD) and you need to arrive by 6.30pm, the session will be finished by 8pm.
The coaching will take place indoors and those attending are asked to wear appropriate clothing for a training session and also bring a drink.
