Tilly first joined Ospreys in the Community on our Summer programme which helped develop her confidence and set her on the path to focus on her future career path.
Off the back of the programme, Tilly came out of her shell, secured a place in college and has come on leaps and bounds to go onto become a TACKLE and National Lottery Ambassador. Hear all about her journey so far here.
