Primary and comprehensive schools from across Ospreylia are being invited to attend the Ospreys in the Community “Show your Sport for the Ospreys” event on Friday 2nd February.
The multi-sports day, to be held before the Ospreys’big Anglo Welsh Cup clash with Bath at the Liberty Stadium, is open to pupils from both primary and comprehensive schools from across the region, and beyond.
Running from 2.30pm to 4.30pm at Swansea Tennis Centre the event will give children the opportunity to try out a range of sports, such as rugby and tennis, at a number of sporting stations and have fun whilst also being active.
If you’re interested in bringing your school for a fun afternoon of activity, contact the team on 01792 616512 or email community@ospreysrugby.com for more information or to book.
But the fun doesn’t have to stop there! Why not have a school trip to watch the Ospreys taking on Bath later that evening, kick off 7.30pm.
We have numerous matchday activities for your class or school to take part in, such as being the Ospreys’ flagbearers and waving the teams out onto the pitch, or taking part in a half time parade representing the school.
