With three day, outreach, senior and girls only offerings, Ospreys in the Community Rugby Camps, powered by Lovell Rugby, are the perfect way to keep your children entertained during the holidays.
With the holidays fast approaching no doubt you’re lookingfor ways to keep the kids busy this summer. Well we have the perfect thing – Ospreys in the Community Rugby Camps.
Whether your child is rugby mad, or has never picked up a ball in their life, there is something for all boys and girls from age 6 to 17.
Our ever popular three day camps return in early August where attendees aged between 6 and 12 years old not only get three days of rugby fun and learning but also have a chance to meet the Ospreys players and take home a goodie bag!
Later that week our Girls Only half day camp will be in action where girls can try out rugby, or develop current skills, in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. On the same day our Senior Rugby Camp will also be held at Llandarcy, this time as a full day camp, putting our older attendees through their paces with workshops, player led position specific training, strength and conditioning work as well as on-field skills.
Brand new for 2018 is Camp Rygbi yn y Gymraeg, the regions' first camp run through the medium of Welsh. It's being organisied in partnership with the Urdd and aims to help fill the gap of activities and sports available for Welsh speaking children.
Our Summer camps will come to a close at the end of August with our ever popular Outreach camps held at Bishopston Comprehensive and Archbishop McGrath Catholic High School.
