OitC and miTour team up

miTour, one of the UKs premier sports tours and travel companies, have agreed a deal with Ospreys in the Community that sees them become official community event partner for the next three seasons.

The exciting new partnership will see miTour using over 25 years of experience to support OitC across a series of existing and new events with clubs and schools in the region. 

At the heart of the agreement, and new for 2017/18, is a brand new tournament. The Ospreys Challenge Rugby Festival will see more than 80 junior rugby teams from across the UK converge on Porthcawl next April, with ambitious plans for year on year growth to make it the biggest of its kind in the country.

miTour’s expertise is in facilitating both national and international travel for schools and sports clubs. They already have a successful UK festival itinerary along with numerous options for clubs looking to travel further afield. 

An ATOL and ABTA accredited company with over 25 years’ experience of sports tours and travel, miTour’s newly formed partnership with OitC affords clubs the chance of being part of an exciting new addition to the UK festival landscape, arranged by two highly recognisable and respected brands who are at the forefront of their fields.

Parkdean Resorts’ Trecco Bay Holiday Park in Porthcawl is the sole accommodation provider for next year’s rugby festival. As one of the largest holiday parks in the UK, Trecco Bay has facilities including an outdoor wet play area, Splashland pool complex, arcade zone, six-lane ten-pin bowling and outdoor adventure play area. There is also a huge variety of food and drink options to enjoy and nightly entertainment is on offer at the Showdome.
