It is with great sadness that we heard the tragic news of the death of Nevin Spence at the weekend.
A young player of real talent he had already started to make a name for himself as someone with the potential to reach the very top in his sport. Having made his senior debut for Ulster against the Ospreys in 2010, his name is indelibly linked with the region.
To see a young life cut short in such awful circumstances, along with that of his brother Graham and his father Noel, is beyond comprehension.
Ospreys Rugby would like to express our deepest sympathies to the Spence family, and to everybody at Ulster Rugby. The thoughts of everyone at Ospreys Rugby, players, coaches, directors and supporters alike, are with you at this sad time.
