Giorgi Nemsadze captained Georgia to a dramatic 16-15 win over the French Barbarians last night.
Georgia trailed 6-7 at half time, but powered back to clinch the narrow victory from the French Barbarians last night.
Nemsadze arrived at the Ospreys from Bristol on a short term deal in March, played twice for the region in the 17/18 season. After impressing the coaches Giorgi earned an extension to his contract to remain at the Ospreys for the upcoming season.
After captaining Georgia to European Rugby Championship success (Six Nations B) earlier this year, the 82 capped Georgian linked up with the Lelos this month ahead of his National sides matches against Tonga, Fiji and Japan. Next up for Georgia is Tonga on June 9th, before playing Fiji on the 16th and Japan on the 23rd of the month.
