Meet YOUR team post-match on Friday night

Supporters heading to the Liberty Stadium to cheer on the Ospreys in their crunch RaboDirect PRO12 play-off clash with Munster are in for an added bonus after the final whistle.

The reigning league champions arrive in Ospreylia on Friday evening (KO 7.35pm) for what promises to be a cracking contest with a place in the end of season final against either Leinster or Glasgow to follow.

Players and fans alike will give 100 per cent for the cause over 80 minutes and then at the final whistle, win or lose, the whole squad will spend time with the fans pitch side, signing autographs and posing for photographs, getting to know the people they represent when wearing the famous black shirt.

Skipper Alun Wyn Jones said:

“It’s a massive game on Friday night and we know that our fans will be with us all the way as we look to win what will be a very tough game with a place in the final the reward for the winners.

“We always enjoy meeting our fans, and with it a special occasion on Friday night, it’s important that we share the occasion with true Ospreylians, regardless of how the action goes on the pitch. It’s important that we show our gratitude to them for their ongoing support.

“People like Tommy Bowe and Huw Bennett will also be there to say goodbye and a big thank you to the fans before they move on to pastures new, so it will make for a special occasion for everyone.”
