Do you have any hobbies outside rugby? Have a small shoe customising business.

What’s your favourite rugby memory? Beating France in the 6nations

Any additional facts or trivia? Most food consumed at Nandos is 1 and 1/2 chickens with 4 sides of chips

Do you have any honours? 4 appearances for Wales U18s

Which clubs do you currently represent, and have you represented any others?  Ospreys, Bridgend and Pontyclun 

Do you have any hobbies outside rugby? I am a roofer on the side to keep me busy 

What’s your favourite rugby memory? Either my first game representing my country or beating Treorchy youth who were Welsh champions at the time as we were probably 100/1 to win the game and no doubt the underdogs. 

Any additional facts or trivia? Only man to catch a salmon in Pontyclun river

Currently - Ospreys/Swansea RFC.
Formerly - Carmarthen Quins & Scarlets u18s.

Favourite Memories? Winning against all three - South Africa, Australia and New Zealand at age grade.

Position: Loose head prop

What was/is your first club? Abercynon RFC

Do you have any honours? Wales u16’s Wales under 18’s Wales u19’s

Which clubs do you currently represent, and have you represented any others?  Ospreys, Abercynon, Coleg y Cymoedd, Cardiff Blues

Do you have any hobbies outside rugby? Bike rides with my mates and going for a coffee. Also enjoy a spot of air rifle shooting.

What’s your favourite rugby memory? Getting my first cap at U11s east Wales. Also going back to my local youth team at first year and playing in the league winning game.

Any additional facts or trivia? I’m a fluent Welsh speaker I went to Rhydywaun Comprehensive School. I have 2 siblings 1 older brother Samuel and one younger sister Nia. Good at cooking steaks.
